Real counts. Updated monthly.

Your schedule’s in your head. That works until it doesn’t.

How it works

SETUP. ONCE

We build your template

Tell us your build sequence: trades, durations, order. We configure your template so every future build starts with one tap.

EACH NEW BUILD

One tap, full calendar

Pick a project, apply the template, choose a start date. Every stage lands in Google Calendar, colour-coded by trade, deliveries flagged.

EVERY DAY

Text to manage

Roofer running late? Text 'push Coast Rd roofing back 2 days.' Everything downstream shifts. Calendar updates automatically.

I was juggling 6 builds and keeping it all in my head. Now I check Ace’s morning text and I know exactly who’s where. Something changes, I text it from the ute. It just works.

Onboarding. We build it for you.

Your build sequence becomes your template. We load your trades and contacts, set up your dedicated Ace number, and hand you a working system on day one. Not a login and a tutorial video. Quoted on the call once we’ve seen your build sequence: it depends on how many trades you run and whether we’re loading 70 steps or 200.

If this saves you more than one hour a week, it pays for itself. You know it saves more than that.

We don’t take everyone on. If we don’t think this will work for how you build, we’ll tell you on the call.

Questions builders actually ask

Why $400 a month when Fergus starts at $53?
Fergus is $53 to $77 per user, plus $15 per 100 texts, plus per-contractor fees. It runs your quotes and invoices, not your build. Werc is $400 per supervisor, texts included, office logins free, and it runs the build. Keep Fergus or ServiceM8 for the money. Werc is the schedule.
Is this another app I have to learn?
No. Five tabs and a text message. Most builders run it through Ace and open the app when they want to see the whole build. Your office lives in the app; you don't have to.
Can my office see what my supervisors are doing?
Yes. Add as many logins as you like, no per-user fees. They see every build, its status, and who's running it. They don't need to text anyone.
What if I'm not techy at all?
That's the whole point. You text a phone number. If you can send a text, you can use this. Built for your phone. Works on a desk.
Do I have to use the dashboard?
Built for your phone. Works on a desk. Everything works through text, and the app gives you the visual overview whenever you want it.
What if my build sequence is different to everyone else's?
Good. It should be. We configure your template around how YOU build, not some generic sequence. Your trades, your durations, your order. That's what the onboarding call is for.
What if the bot gets something wrong?
It confirms every action before it does anything. “Lock it in?” You say yep, it acts. You say nah, it doesn't. It never guesses. If it's not sure what you mean, it asks.
Is my data safe?
You get your own dedicated phone number and your own private system. Your data is completely separate from every other builder. Nobody else sees your projects, your vendors, or your schedule.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. No lock-in contracts. Monthly billing, cancel whenever you want.
The Backstory

I built this because Trav’s my mate and watching him manage 6 builds in his head was killing him. He was fielding 100 calls a day, keeping every trade and every date in his memory, and losing hours to coordination that should have been automatic. So we sat down, mapped out his build sequence, and built the thing he actually needed. No fluff. No dashboard worship. Just a calendar that runs itself and a bot you can text from the ute.

The founder, Werc

You’re already managing this in your head. Let’s get it into your calendar.

30-minute call. We’ll have your template configured by the end of it.
